2 .- Any violator of individual rights may be a candidate for federal deputy or senator because neither has a requirement, not having a result responsible for violations of our securities in a final ruling issued in an injunction, as seen in Articles 55 and 58 of our Federal Constitution which reads as follows:
" Article 55. To be a deputy requires the following requirements: I.
Being a Mexican citizen by birth, in the exercise of their rights.
